The measurements match the table that was announced; it's a little stiff but being thin it's not a problem. For me, it's of excellent quality and the clasps look beautiful.

Looks and feels sturdy. Both front and back buckles have plenty of room to adjust. My dog is knee hight and 15 kg, and it fits great. Label says size l. i would assume that any mid to mid-large dog will fit. Buckles are pretty thick plastic, but loops for the leash are metal, attached with multiple rows of stitches - they do not move at all when pulled! What moves - and what i've never seen before - are the back straps. They have this small piece of elastic sewn onto them and the harness, so that when dog pulls the harness shouldn't dig into the body, but has a little wiggle room - like 2-3 cm. It's a great idea and it's implemented seemingly without compromising the sturdiness of the harness. Also, the excess of the straps can be tucked into the bodice so they're not flapping around. I really like this harness!
